TRIP ITINERARY

Friday, December 2, 2011  – PENNSYLVANIA CHRISTMAS AND GIFT SHOW

                                                  Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex, Harrisburg, PA

Trip includes transportation, show and dinner.  Shop at the largest indoor holiday show in the country with over 500 vendors, entertainment throughout the day and dinner at Shady Maple in Lancaster, PA.

Cost:  $65.00 per person    Make checks payable to Joey’s Tours

Bus leaves Egg Harbor Road Acme:  7:00 a.m.

Return to Acme approx.                      8:00 p.m.

Thursday, December 15, 2011 - RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL TRIP, New York, NY

**** TWO BUSES ****

Trip includes transportation and 2:00 p.m. show with free drink and popcorn.  The trip to NYC takes approximately 2.5 hours.  There will be time for lunch (at your own expense) or sightseeing prior to the show.  Everyone must be in the theater ½ hour prior to the start of the show.  IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SHOW, EVERYONE MUST LEAVE THE THEATRE AND HEAD FOR THE BUSES.  The buses will stop at Mastoris Diner in Bordentown, NJ for dinner (at your own expense).

Cost:  $92.00 per person    Make checks payable to WTPR.

Bus leaves Egg Harbor Road Acme:  8:00 a.m.

Return to Acme approx.                      8:00 a.m.

** A deposit of $50.00 per person at the time of sign-up is required to reserve a seat.  The balance of $42.00 is due on or before December 2, 2011.

SPECIAL NOTE:  NO REFUND FOR THIS TRIP UNLESS ALL TICKETS HAVE BEEN SOLD AND THERE IS A WAITING LIST.  $10.00 CANCELLATION FEE.

Notice of cancellation must be given to Washington Township Parks & Recreation 72 hours prior to date of departure.  A refund will only be given if someone can fill the space from the Waiting List.  A $10.00 cancellation fee is also deducted from the trip fee.
